Stop Complaining

I am getting annoyed at viewing everyone complaining about literally everything. No, your parents don't hate you. No, your life does not suck. No, this is not the worst day of your life. Must you really complain about every little thing that goes wrong in your life? Do you ever stop and reflect what's good in your life? If you parents truly hated you, they wouldn't pay for your food or for you to have a house to live in. If they truly hated you, they wouldn't send you to school to be a better student, or push you to work harder so that you can succeed in life. No, your life does not suck because you can't get that new shirt, game, or because your school enforces an "unfair" rule. You have to work with what you have, instead of complain about it every 5 minutes to people that could honestly care less. If the world hated you that much, you would be on a wheel having your limbs smashed by hammers and leaving you for maggots and birds to feast on your insides along with people pelting you with rocks. And in case you think I'm sick, this actually did happen in the Medieval times, so don't think your life is actually that bad.

Too Much Thought

I feel an emptiness. I’m not sure this is how everything is supposed to work. Maybe everything is collapsing in front of me, and I’m too oblivious to tell. Maybe there are bigger and better plans for me in the years to come. I have been pondering for too long, my mind hurts. I have come to too many conclusions, and most of them are too horrible for me to think of. I have questioned my own existence many times, and it’s hard to imagine the possibility of non-existence. For some reason, everything is so complicated. Everything is so hard to understand. We are fighting to survive until the end. Some might say, “What’s the point of fighting 'till the end? We’re going to die one day anyways; there is no reason for us to continue on.” I believe the reason is because we can’t be sure of anything. Life is unexpected. You could be dead the next day, you can live 100 years. You can lose the one you love or find one. You can’t even be sure what will happen after death. Which religion is right? None of them, and yet all of them at the same time. As long as one person believes something is true, it is true. As long as one person believes that something is good, it is good. There is no such thing as “good” or “evil”. It’s just how everything is perceived due to culture, media, and stereotypes. Must we really judge each other for what we are? Must we really judge others of being “good” or “evil”? “Smart” or “stupid”? “Weak” or “strong”? All these things have many different meanings, because each person perceives them differently. Not one idea has one meaning, as long as one person has a meaning for it that is part of the meaning of the word. Words are useless. People can lie. People can lie right through their teeth. Words can’t explain one’s true feelings, they must be explained through actions. Only through actions can you fully prove yourself. The downside is that actions can be deceiving too. If one is daring enough, they can undergo many actions to fool others. Life is hard and complicated. Nothing is “right” or “wrong”. If someone kills thousands of others, they can still be doing “right”, for “right” may be perceived differently by that person. People can only be “right” or “wrong” through your eyes. Everyone lives in their own world, and believe their world is the right one. The right way to live. And that is good; you should push for your way. If you believe animal cruelty is wrong, oppose it. If you believe that an over-powered government is wrong, oppose it. If you believe treating people equally is right, support it. If you believe that we are all equal in one way or another, support it. Let no one stop you. You are the ruler of your own world, and no one else can take it over. Just remember the world is a place with many surprises, and nothing will fully go your way. As long as something “good” happens, something equally as “bad” will happen.
